All returns for refund will incur a restocking fee, between 15% and 25% (depending on product , shipping, etc.) of the purchase price will be charged on any returns. Refunds on cash or check purchases in excess of $250 will be by check issued from INFOTECH ASSOCIATES, INC. corporate office within 10 business days of the return date. Refunds on purchases made with a credit card will only be credited to the same card. All products subject to price changes and availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities. All trademarks are the property of their respective companies. Due to the volatile nature of the computer market, descriptions may not reflect current technical information. Any typographical or product error in products, pricing or offers is subject to correction. Certain items may not be available via mail order or Internet Website, and certain restrictions apply to products purchased via mail order or Internet Website.

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you may receive a prompt replacement or refund - your choice, subject to the restrictions . Before returning any item, you must call our Customer Service Department at (301) 595-9890 within seven (7) days of your invoice date for a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number. RMAs are valid for seven (7) days from date of issuance. The RMA number must appear on your return packing label. Please do not write on the outside of the original box. Returns will not be accepted without an RMA.

 

• Unopened software may be returned within fifteen (15) days of the invoice date. Opened software is returned with manufacturer’s permission only.
• Laser printers, inkjet printers, fax machines, and special order items may only be returned for a replacement and not for refund.
• Any DOA products may be returned within seven (7) days of the invoice date for replacement only.

 

• Shipping and insurance charges are not refunded (except where product is defective or sales error).

 

• A restocking fee will be charged on all returned items.

 

• Refunds on purchases made with a credit card will only be credited to the same card.

 

Shipping

 

Non-configured, in-stock orders received and credit approved by 5:00 PM EST. (Monday through Friday) will ship within a day via UPS Ground Service (NOT GUARANTEED DELIVERY). UPS Next Day Service or Two Day Service is also available (GUARANTEED DELIVERY). In-stock configured orders require additional days.
