Terms and Conditions

Items other than software, returned within 10 days from date of purchase with original receipt or invoice, are eligible for refund or exchange. Unopened software may be returned within 30 days for refund. Opened software may be returned for exchange only within thirty (30) days from date of purchase. A restocking fee equal to 15% of the purchase price will be charged on any returns. Refunds on cash or check purchases in excess of $250 will be by check issued from INFOTECH ASSOCIATES, INC. corporate office within 10 business days of the return date. Refunds on purchases made with a credit card will only be credited to the same card. All products subject to price changes and availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities. All trademarks are the property of their respective companies. Due to the volatile nature of the computer market, descriptions may not reflect current technical information. Any typographical or product error in products, pricing or offers is subject to correction. Certain items may not be available via mail order or Internet WebSite, and certain restrictions apply to products purchased via mail order or Internet WebSite.

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you may receive a prompt replacement or refund - your choice, subject to the restrictions . Before returning any item, you must call our Customer Service Department at (301) 595-9890 within ten (10) days of your invoice date for a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number. RMAs are valid for seven (7) days from date of issuance. The RMA number must appear on your return packing label. Please do not write on the outside of the original box. Returns will not be accepted without an RMA.

Any defective products may be returned within thirty (21) days of the invoice date for replacement and not for any refund.
Shipping and insurance charges are not refunded.
In order to receive a refund, your purchase must be returned with shipping pre-paid. All items must be in "as new" condition, in original packaging and with all warranty cards, manuals and accessories. Any discrepancies could result in a delay or partial forfeiture of your refund. .
A restocking fee will be charged on all returned items.
Refunds on purchases made with a credit card will only be credited to the same card.

Shipping

Non-configured, in-stock orders received and credit approved by 5:00 PM EST. (Monday through Friday) will ship within a day via UPS Ground Service (NOT GUARANTEED DELIVERY). UPS Next Day Service or Two Day Service is also available (GUARANTEED DELIVERY). In-stock configured orders require additional days.

Warranties, Prices and Specifications

Manufacturer’s Warranties. All products are sold with the full manufacturer’s limited warranty. The warranty period and service varies by manufacturer and product. The full text of any such warranty is available, free of charge

Prices and Specifications. Infotech Direct prices are available through mail order and are valid until the next issue of this catalog, or 60 days, whichever comes first. All published prices, specifications and services are subject to change without notice. Published prices do not include shipping and insurance. Proof of purchase may be required for rebates.
